The Tunnel
Inn is a B&B on Jackson Street in Gallitzin, Pa. It is Situated
along the NS Tracks (within a few feet!) and rock throwing distance from
the West portal of the tunnel containing NS tracks 2 & 3. Track 1
divides just a bit west of here to another tunnel on the south part of
town. The Inn has 5 rooms, 4 on the top floor and one on the bottom. The
owner spared no expense in re-doing it from the boro Hall when he bought
it from the Boro a few years ago. Breakfast it delivered to your door in
a $100.00 Longaberger basket every morning. We choose the 'Baldwin' room
on the top floor facing both tracks and tunnel, and right off the deck.

UPDATE: As of 1/1/14, the Tunnel Inn is no longer available. The owners decided to cease operation and use it as a retirement home for themselves. UPDATE: 2/14/18, it has been sold and a new owner has re-opened it again!
